Job Description


  • At least 1 years as a Sales Executive/ business development or relevant roles.
  • Prefer candidates with knowledge about lighting or lamp or LED products.
  • SPM/STPM or Diploma in business development/ marketing/entrepreneur or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
  • Willing to travel and start immediately.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible related to the Sales plan, direct and coordinate the sales activities and businees development.
  • provide sales services to other client and targeting consumer.
  • Meet the client and bulit the strong/positive relationship with the client.
  • Planning and organizing special sales and marketing programmes based on sales records and market assessments.
  • Assist the client/ consumer to in know in details about the product.
  • Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures related to sales activities.
  • Leading and managing the activities of sales and planning and directing resposible to daily sale operations.
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Perform task as (outdoor sale), meet the client and consumer to promote the product of company.
  • work with marketing team to promote the product as per required.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals(If Required).
  • Representing the organization as sales representative and involved the event/ conventions, trade exhibitions and other forums.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Execute the task as per direction from time to time.
