Job Description

• The candidate must possess at least a recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration, construction project management, civil engineering and relevant discipline.
• 5 years sales management working experience in the construction or related industry (preferably scaffold or formwork industry).
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application such as Excel and Words.
• Result-oriented and demonstrates a sound leadership mindset.
• Pleasant and good presentation skills.
• Possess effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English. Ability to speak in Mandarin and other local dialects will be an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving license and own a car.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.

Responsibilities

• Establish BW Scaffold as reliable and high quality service provider for scaffold.
• Continuously expand market share and develop new strategic accounts.
• Manager and secure continuous orders from key customer accounts.
• Identify potential BW Scaffold customers and establish long term professional business relationship.
• Negotiate contracts and maximise profitability for BW Scaffold.
• Meet the gross profit margin and sales target set by the company.
• Oversee the projects from enquiry, offer, closing order phases until project completion.
• To ensure collection of accounts receivable on time.
• To oversee special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
