Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive and oversee sales performance across all branches, ensuring targets are not just met but exceeded.
- Branch Management: Keep our branches running smoothly and efficiently, managing everything from daily operations to long-term strategies.
- People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers and staff to achieve top performance and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Optimization: Regularly assess branch performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Focus: Ensure every customer across all branches enjoys a consistent, high-quality experience.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels and ensure branches are well-supplied to meet customer demand.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our team grow and succeed.
- Compliance: Ensure all branches adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales, and key metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in retail.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
