As a Sales and Service Consultant at Peak Fitness, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and offering post-sale support. You'll work closely with our clients to help them find the best fitness equipment for their needs, and ensure they receive ongoing assistance throughout their experience with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers to understand their fitness needs and recommend appropriate products

Demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients

Process sales transactions and ensure accurate order fulfillment

Provide post-sale customer support, including setup, service inquiries, and follow-ups

Maintain knowledge of industry trends and new product offerings

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

Address customer concerns or issues with a solutions-oriented approach
