  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, specializing in phone/WhatsApp outreach.
  • At least an Diploma Qualifications.
  • A strong track record in closing deals and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Fluency in Mandarin & English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and AI-powered sales technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen).
  • Experience in SaaS, consulting, payroll, or fintech industries.
Tanggungjawab
  • Drive revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions based on client feedback.
  • Exceed KPIs: Deliver 150+ connected calls/week, maintain 1.5+ hours of talk time/day, and add 20+ new opportunities/week to the pipeline.
  • Pioneer new strategies: Use Gen AI tools to optimize sales pitches and client engagement.
