Minimum 2-3 years\' experience in IT Solution or B2B sales with proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong presentation, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills
Persuasive but polite and charismatic
Good organizational skills and time management
Possess own transport and is willing to travel outstation, if necessary.
Excellent command of the English language. Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage

Proactive in identifying alternative methods/channels for revenue growth
Develop actionable sales plans to identify leads and to optimize business opportunities with each client
Generate sales among existing and new client accounts.
Collaborate with client servicing team to create proposals/pitches for potential leads as well as supporting the team to grow and retain existing clients
Perform consultative selling, build trust and strengthen relationships by acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and keeping clients informed on solutions that meet their objectives.
Maintain full transparency with management on all leads/opportunities and participate in weekly sales meetings to report on the status of all opportunities in sales pipeline
Effectively respond to customer's queries and collaborate with teams to provide clients with services they need, such as solution design, installation, training, user support and maintenance. Use appropriate system/software to track leads and activity
Stay abreast of market updates, trends and competitor offerings.
