We are looking for a Sales Account Manager (Hunter) to be based in our Puchong, Malaysia Office.

The expectation of the Sales Account Manager role is to execute business plans in Automation Control System, MES/IIOT/AR/VR/FTIS, LV/MV Drives, LV/MV MCC) & Customer Support and Maintenance (CSM) to bring sales growth in the assigned industries.

He/She is expected to navigate the complex ecosystem of Enduser, SI, OEM, EPC and consultant to influence the specification and sell Rockwell Automation value proposition. Incumbent for this role will focus on hunting and growing account packages with the following characteristics:

• Generating business with new customers
• Competitive conversion, little to no flow
• 100% of time should be converting accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3-4 years\' relevant sales experience in penetrating sales account
• Familiarity of related products will be an added advantage
• Eagerness and full of drive to secure new accounts
