Responsibilities: Meet and exceed your assigned sales targets Prepare and timely update of business plan, CRM, weekly activities reporting Review opportunities with channel partners on monthly basis Provide sales support for distribution partners on potential customer leads generation, cold call, trial and sales follow up process Plan and prepare key account and target new potential account visits Implement sales strategy to address the business growth in relevant industrial segments Provide necessary sales skills and product knowledge transfer to distributor sales team Form and maintain quality professional relationships with the distribution network of your region Act as a strategic marketing partner for the distributors Act in compliance with the agreed business plans and methodologies Requirements: Base in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya Diploma/Degree with minimum 4 years industrial sales experience is required Strong commercial drive and proven track record in sales Experience selling through distribution channels Well-developed interpersonal skills to train and educate distributor\'s sales force as well as potential clients Knowledgeable in consultative and solution-based selling Dynamic personality with entrepreneurial spirit High sales drive with self-discipline, commitment and self-motivation Good presentation and communication skills in English Possess a valid driving license Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
