• A diploma or degree in any field of study.
• At least two years of sales experience is needed, ideally in selling intangible products & services like (education, data, software, insurance, consultation) and etc.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin languages irregardless of the background and have strong negotiation skills.
• Skilled in managing the sales cycle, including discovery, follow-ups, pitching solutions, and sending quotations.
• Should work well independently, meet targets, and support team goals.
• Provide excellent and personalized service during all client interactions.
• Able to work in office on daily basis, (Mon - Fri) 9AM - 6PM.
• Basic knowledge in using Gen AI like (Co-Pilot, Gemini or ChatGPT)

Responsibilities

• Use a solution-focused approach to engage leads via calls and WhatsApp.
• Manage the full sales process, from contacting leads and qualifying them to closing deals and hitting targets.
• Ask for feedback after deals or issue resolution to check client satisfaction.
• Monitor client relationships by tracking metrics like repeat purchases.
• Offer tailored services to cater clients hiring needs.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, labor laws, technology changes, and competitor actions.
• Explain new products to clients during launches, highlighting key features.
• Work with internal teams to report system problems and suggest fixes.
• Attend team meetings and training to learn about new strategies and tools.
