To manage expectation and render assistance to agents in gaining support for Motor and Non Motor business.
To meet the Motor & Non Motor target, recruitment target and ensure growth in line with company's risk appetite, guidelines and other regulatory requirement.
To build strong rapport and relationship with agent by delivering quality service and good work ethics with the aim to exceed target.
To engage closely with agents and provide regular training and coaching.
To continuously identify and onboard potential market for Motor & Non Motor agents and life agents to meet recruitment target.
Plan and execute sales and marketing activities.
To keep abreast of market changes and provide market Intel for future development.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant field.
In-depth knowledge in Motor & non Motor Insurance products.
Preferably from the general Insurance Industry.
Bachelor Degree in marketing / business or relevant studies
(i.e. Risk Management, Insurance, DMII, AMII will be an added advantage)
