MohonKelayakan1. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Food Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP) is a plus.2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management within the Food Safety, Chemistry, HORECA and Hospital3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry regulations and food safety solution.Tanggungjawab1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
2. Account Strategy and Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services to existing clients.
3. Project Management:
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, scientists, regulatory experts) to address client requirements and resolve issues.
4. Market and Industry Insights:
  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide clients with insights and recommendations based on market research and industry knowledge.
5. Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Monitor contract performance and address any contractual issues that arise.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular account performance reports to clients and senior management.
  • Analyze account metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and client satisfaction.
