Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned operator and affiliate accounts.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client business needs, KPIs, and provide tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
Account Growth & Revenue Management
Monitor account performance, deposits, player retention, and marketing ROI.
Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and drive mutual profitability.
Operational & Compliance Support
Ensure all client activities align with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming policies.
Provide guidance on technical integrations, platform usage, and product launches.
Track and resolve client queries, escalations, and issues promptly.
Reporting & Analysis
Deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients.
Analyze player behavior, campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
Prepare internal reports for management on account status, risks, and opportunities.
Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Represent client feedback internally to improve service and product development.
Support business development team with pitches, proposals, and onboarding of new accounts.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably in the entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of online gaming platforms, affiliate programs, and player acquisition/retention strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Familiarity with compliance and responsible gaming practices.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
