Job Description

Job Responsibilities:1) Identify, develop new, and maintain existing customers in the E&E, FMCG (Food Related), Medical/Pharmaceutical, Automotive, and Semi-Conductor industries.2) Provide technical inputs and recommendations on related matters to customers.3) Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of target markets and related clients.4) Keep abreast of the market competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities and industry trends to develop and implement a high-growth strategy.5) Monitor monthly sales, and collections and prepare yearly budgets.6) Periodic review of sales with management.7) Handle customers\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries, and requests promptly & accurately.8) Aggressively identify, and secure new business opportunities & increase the company\xe2\x80\x99s revenue9) To manage the receipts, handling, and escalation of all sales inquiries.10) To receive and coordinate with Sales Team and CSR to respond to all sales inquiries in line with the company\'s sales process.11) To monitor the status of all live inquiries and sales team actions are completed in a timely professional manner.12) Ensure that all quote and follow-up activities with customers and potential customers.13) Coordinate with CSR and Production Team to ensure all inquiries are delivered on timeRequirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken & written.
• Innovative, energetic & enthusiastic approach to achieving sales objectives.
• Motivated, organized, and self-starter with excellent people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Possess own car and willing to travel.
• Candidates with experiences and customers base in the semi-conductor, medical, pharmaceutical, and FMCG (Food Related) industries would have an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in selling top cover tapes and carrier tapes are encouraged to apply
