Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Fresh graduate in Business Studies or equivalent.
Fresh graduated are most welcome.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be more advantage).
Great in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
A good team player who has positive working attitude, independent, self-driven, creative and result-oriented.
Responsibility
Provide administrative support to customer efficiently and independently.
Handling few customer account to follow up every project on hand
Preparing and processing documents, such as invoices, reports, credit note and record all relevant info.
Monitor closely daily delivery arrangement and support customer urgent delivery.
Filing and maintaining records, both electronically and on paper.
Responsible for the overall daily coordination with relevant departments.
Assisting with data entry and data management tasks.
Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
