Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



Sales Support



provide all operational support to sales team handle and process sales order from initiation to delivery ensure accuracy in order entry co-ordinate with various department including production, logistic and finance to ensure seamless sales operation follow up on outstanding orders and payments handle inventory control liase and coordinate with customers on sales enquiry, quotation, order processing and deliveries arrangement

Customer Service



response to customer requests, inquiries and problems promptly and efficiently resolve issues related to orders, complaints and product returns

Documents Management



organize and file sales-related paperwork and mandatory documents as per company SOP
To assist in all other duties assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS



Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Ability to work independently with multiple task and priorities simultaneously. Responsive with sense of urgency Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia Full-Time position (8.30am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday) MUST be a TEAM player
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
