Key Responsibilities:
Key in Sales Order and ensure that all sales order are properly posted to Navision accounting system.
Ensure all Sales Invoices, DO, Order Confirmation, GRN, DN, CN, TR, Loading Papers and Cash Bills are filed
and stored accordingly.
Assist issuance of Cash Bills and attending Walk In-Cash Sales customers.
Check Delivery Orders POD by follow up(check) and receiving information from drivers, transporters or customers, to complete data entry to the Daily DO Listing.
Discuss and coordinate goods return handling with egg house supervisor. Report to Farm Management if goods return quantity is excess the standard set.
Key in Daily Stock Outgoing Report.
Other duties as deemed necessary.
Requirements:
Possess STPM / Diploma in any related field.
Preferably 1-2 years working experiences in Sales Admin or similar field.
Good in mathematic & attention to detail.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication & problem solving skills.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Possess own vehicle and must be computer literate.
Able to work during Public Holiday on rotation basis.
