Job Description

Arrange inbound deliveries for raw materials such as coffee powder, creamer, sugar, and packaging materials. Coordinate outbound deliveries of finished premix coffee products to customers, distributors, and warehouse facilities. Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and customers to confirm delivery schedules. Prepare and verify logistics documents (Delivery Order, Invoice, Packing List, Shipping List) Maintain filing of logistic-related documents for audit and traceability purposes. Perform data entry for logistics transactions and warehouse activities. Prepare weekly/monthly inventory and logistics movement reports. Assist in generating Purchase Requests or Purchase Orders for logistics support (transportation, packaging, pallets, etc.). Update production team on incoming raw materials or delivery delays. Ensure finished goods are released according to QA clearance before shipment. Ensure all logistic documentation follows company SOPs and food safety standards Support internal and external audits related to logistics, warehouse, and documentation.
