Requirements
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fluency in Mandarin & Hokkien is an added advantage.
- Basic competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
- Fresh graduates in relevant fields are encouraged to apply.
- Prepare quotations and manage the entire process from Sales Order (SO) to Delivery Order (DO).
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) for replenishing low-stock items.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams from goods purchasing to product delivery.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest internal meetings when necessary.
- Interest or basic understanding of water reticulation is an added advantage.
- Report directly to the Senior Sales Executive.

- Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM
