Kelayakan

  • Must have at least few months of Sales Admin experience.
  • Willing to work in Shah Alam
Tanggungjawab
  • Liaise with customer on the status of orders.
  • Follow up on all urgent orders for delivery and ensure prompt and effective service at all time.
  • Ensure all sales reports meet deadline.
  • Input approved parts SO (Sales Order) into the computer system.
  • To process Purchase Order for customer.
  • Issue Invoice , Delivery Order and custom forms.(7) Follow up the customers for overdue payments
  • Report any environmental pollution (air, land & water), reduce hazardous and non-hazardous waste and help conserve energy (water & electricity).
  • To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively.
  • Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.
  • Act on the behalf of the Sales Officer during his / her absence.
