Assist media and partnerships team with preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and client databases (CRM).
Track and monitor media bookings, campaign schedules, and deliverables.
Prepare reports and presentations as and when required.
Undertake ad-hoc administrative assignments as required by management.
Client Coordination
Liaise directly with advertisers to obtain campaign materials, confirm bookings, schedules, and ensure all requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Serve as a liaison between clients/advertisers and internal teams regarding campaign executions, deliverables, and timelines.
Collect creative assets (banners, artwork) from advertisers and coordinate with production/operations teams.
Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all campaigns.
Finance & Documentation
Generate and follow up on invoices, purchase orders, and payment collection.
Ensure accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and reporting.
Support credit control by liaising with finance and sales teams.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (fresh grads with strong organizational skills may be considered).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
