Handle correspondence and liaise with customers such as customer enquiry, complain, faxes, email and shipping / delivery arrangements.
To keep sales department and customers updated on delivery schedule.
Attend to sales enquiries, price quotation, sales order, job order, invoice, DO and etc.
To assist in prepare project costing sheet, sales monthly report, and handling incoming calls.
Initiate and maintain effective and professional relationship with existing and potential customer.
Responsible to provide operational sales support to sales team.
Maintain systematic filling system, safe keeping of important documents and ensure confidentiality.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when necessary.
Ability to work independently with multiple task and priorities simultaneously.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Required language(s): English & Mandarin speaker is added advantage.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed and result-oriented.
