What you'll be doing:
Assist customers with inquiries and orders via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Providing day-to-day support to the sales team
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and logistics teams for day-to-day delivery operations.
Managing sales documentation, quotations, and reports
Handling customer inquiries and assisting with follow-ups
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Helping to improve administrative processes where needed
What we're looking for:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable with spreadsheets, emails, and Gdrive.
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Customer-oriented and able to work independently.
