Handle walk-in customers, incoming calls, and general sales enquiries ? Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements
Open job sheets and coordinate with relevant departments for job arrangements Support salespersons in daily sales coordination and follow-up
Process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices (INV)
Prepare Stock Requisition Notes (SRN) and Goods Return Notes (GRN)
Check stock availability and prepare stock for customer orders ? Arrange deliveries, driver schedules, and courier services (e.g. Lalamove, Gdex)
Maintain and update stock records using Google Drive / Excel ? Assist with basic stock checks and monitoring of stock returns
Coordinate stock take arrangements and assist during stock take activities ? Assist in basic warehouse stock organization when required
Inform the Purchasing Department of low stock levels or upon receipt of new stock ? Liaise with the Accounts Department on invoices and collections
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements :-
Minimum SPM / Diploma (Business, Sales, or related field preferred)
Experience in quotation, job sheet, SO / DO / INV is an advantage
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Malay is an advantage)
Computer literate (Excel, Google Drive, basic systems)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn ? Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
