Job Description

An operations executive under Sales Department is to ensures that everything runs smoothly from one day to another from customer order to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:



Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way from customer order until the delivery. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices. Purchase request, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency. Plan, arrange and monitor the daily delivery schedule in effective way.

Requirements:



Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management Excellent communication skills Leadership ability Candidates must possess at least a SPM or equivalent certificate.

Required skill(s): Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.

Candidates must be a Malaysian citizen. Candidates with integrity and able to handle confidential matters. Candidates with positive attitude to learn and execute.'
