We Are Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated candidate with the following skills:
Strong communication skills (primarily in Malay).

Knowledge of products or services (training provided).

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
Input and manage customer data accurately.
Assist the sales team with order sheets and submissions.
Provide excellent customer service to a primarily Malay-speaking customer base.
Working Details:
Schedule: 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).
Location: Bayan Baru, Penang.

Fresh graduates or candidates with little experience are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Fluency in Malay is required; additional languages are a plus.
