Assist office in daily operations. Responding to sales queries via phone, email, and other communication tools. Proficient in using excel. Carrying out administrative tasks , prepare delivery documents, daily sales reports, sales transactions, correspondences with customer , support on logistic arrangement , support on operation dept required report ,filing documents, etc.

-Any ad- hoc tasks assigned by superior.

WORKING HOURS : MONDAY TO FRIDAY (8.30am - 5.30am)

ALTERNATE SATURDAY (8.30-12.30PM)
