JOB DESCRIPTION \xc2\xb7 Liaise with Sales & Marketing Team, Purchaser, Solicitors and End-financiers of their correspondences on Sale and Purchase Agreements/ Loan Documentations, Credit Control Functions, Billing and Collections till the hand-over of keys/ titles transfer of the property unit. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with account department internally for issuance of invoices/receipts, billings/collections in the system is accurate and complete promptly for monthly closing. \xc2\xb7 Ensure all administrative work such as faxing, typing, photostating and proper filling of correspondences and other relevant documents for the effective and efficient credit control processes. \xc2\xb7 Ensure the preparation of credit control policies are followed, signing of documentations, generate interest billings & loan release on timely basis. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for credit control reporting on monthly basis to management. \xc2\xb7 Assist in sales and marketing activities. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research and survey on property market development REQUIREMENT OF THIS ROLE - Diploma in Marketing, Real Estate Management or equivalent. - Experience with Property Development or in similar capacity. - Have a pleasant personality with good communications skill. - Experience in sales & marketing is an added advantage. - Familiar in Housing Development Act, Loan Documentation and Strata Title Act. - Computer literate and competent with MS Office. - Able to multi-task, strong initiative to learn and possesses a great personality Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
