Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
At least 1 year of experience in administrative or sales support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,Power Point)
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Able to communicate and write in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
Prepare quotation, invoice, delivery order, and other sales documents
Assist the sales team with order processing and follow up with customers
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for product delivery
Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow within the sales department
6 days per week (1 day off per week)
