About Us:
Medalab is Malaysia's leading custom medal supplier, serving sports events and corporate clients nationwide. We're expanding our operations and looking for a Sales Admin to help manage client follow-ups, orders, invoicing, and basic admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with existing clients to confirm orders.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
Coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Track payment status and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Handle paperwork such as staff claims, filing, and simple reporting.
Keep sales records organized in Google Sheets / system.
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, admin, or customer service.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Organized, responsible, and proactive in follow-ups.
Proficient in Google Workspace and WhatsApp Business.
