We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team at Eagle Secure Tech Sdn Bhd. As part of sales coordinator team, you will be responsible for coordinating installation and customer\'s purchases among sales - client - installation team. A requirement for basic stock keeping and stock preparation skills.

Requirements

• Preferred candidate with administrative background.
• Detailed and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Coordinate and arrange installation details with customer and installation team with input from sales team.
• Conduct strict stock keeping duties, (receiving, outgoing and returns)
• Ensuring all information about installation works is compiled properly and passed to Management.
• Handle all documentation arrangements, include good received, good to order, and good returns.
