Position: Sales Administration, Coordinator
Tenure: 1 Year contract renewable basis/ Able to convert to permanent
Salary: RM 1800 - RM 2500 (based on Experience)

Job Responsibilities
Transportation invoice checking to ensure the transporter has billed correctly and avoid duplicate billing before submit to Finance for payment in timely manner
Liaise with transporter on the variances or unusual billing and follow up constantly
Liaise with other department to check on the variances /special request
Submit Invoices/Debit Notes/ Credit Notes to superior for approval after checking and submit to Finance
Filing the Delivery order copies to ensure all copies have been stamped\xc2\xb7 Perform other related tasks assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification in related field
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
Have good Microsoft office skills due to business needs.
