Job Description

Sales Admin Support: 1. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, 2. managing customer inquiries, 3. processing sales orders 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the sales database. 5. Chasing Developer for payment 6. Prepare sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data. 7. Lianse with agent for documentation of sales 8. Train agent for any new system provided Accounts Payable: 1. Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals. 2. Process invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers. 3. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. 4. Prepare and process agent expense reports for reimbursement. 5. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
