Process customer orders accurately in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
from order entry to delivery.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Maintain up-to-date records of customers, products, and pricing in the ERP system.
Prepare quotations, proformas, and invoices for customers.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including sales reports and customer account management.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product information requests in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor stock levels in the ERP system and inform the sales team of shortages or delays.
Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures and policies.
Coordinate with finance for payment follow-ups when required.
Profile required
Proven experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (mandatory).
Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales administration, order processing, or customer service role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
