Job Description
Job Brief:
This department controls the overall retail sales operation in Malaysia. Plan and implement marketing strategies, visit catering, retail and modern trade sectors to endeavour to achieve pre-set sales targets. It is also responsible for sales control of the branch store, deliveries and transportation of goods to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- To receive orders through mail, phone, fax, etc.
- To input sales orders and to prepare invoices for van cash sales and modern trade outlets sales
- To check salesman\'s daily sales report and to receive cheque and cash from salesman.
- To check sales result - in case of any irregularities, mistakes (system error).
- Sorting, checking and filing documents.
- Confirm sales figures against daily sales report.
- To bank in cheque and cash daily.
- To prepare receipt vouchers, post-dated cheque records and receipt summary as scheduled.
- To check monthly aging report.
- To prepare daily internal transfer note.
- To prepare monthly stock movement records.
- To prepare van cash sales SPRS (profit) records.
- Any other responsibility assigned by superiors from time to time.
- Candidate must posses :
- Degree in Business Admin / Finance / Accounting or relevance
- Well verse in using Microsoft Word / Excel / Powerpoint
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
