Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for liaising with customers, sales teams, and other departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, managing data, and creating presentations.
  • Experience in sales administration and order processing is advantageous, including managing sales orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
  • Excellent customer service skills to address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or other sales management tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the sales database with accurate customer information, sales activities, and order details.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues to their satisfaction.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets, analyzing sales data and identifying trends to support sales planning.
  • Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
