Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in Business Administration and Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh grads also encouraged to apply
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Powerpoint. Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
  • Able to work under stress and tight schedule, multi task ability and minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work in Desa Jaya, Kepong.
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the order entry.
  • Arrange and prepare for shipment.
  • Responsible for proper filing and maintenance of customer record.
  • Responsible to liaise with Planning department on customer orders.
  • Prepare sales report.
  • Prepare sales quotation and sample arrangement.
  • Responsible for clerical work related to Sales and Marketing functions.
