Job Description


  • Coordination to notify various warehouses on SO to prepare for shipment/delivery/collection as required
  • Daily reporting on SO that has been processed
  • Checking with Operations and Finance department to ensure that all SO processed are completed and sent out in accordance to sales shipment requirements
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system as required
  • To provide administrative support for all sales-related activities
  • Sales documents preparation
  • Credit notes preparation
  • Other sales-related documents/reports preparation as required by Regional Sales Manager or assist in local operational administrative activities
  • Book shipments for courier pick up (Citylink/GDEX)
  • Monitor office supplies and research for good deals/suppliers that are cost-efficient
  • To provide administrative support for all operations-related activities - Assist in local warehousing activities where necessary
  • Packing for delivery/Courier pick up
  • Stock count and auditing daily stock take and prepare stock report
  • Participate in trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations and other related activities as assigned by manager
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
