Handle and process all sales-related documentation including booking forms, SPAs, loan applications, and correspondence with solicitors and bankers.
Maintain and update purchasers' records, sales reports, and CRM database accurately.
Prepare and issue progress billings in accordance with the SPA schedule; coordinate with Finance to ensure timely collection and proper record-keeping.
Follow up with purchasers on outstanding payments and loan drawdowns.
Attend to purchasers' queries and provide professional after-sales support.
Assist in sales launches, roadshows, and marketing events by preparing required documentation and support materials.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and statutory requirements.
Carry out any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Accounting, or related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in property development, real estate, or sales administration. (Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills may be considered.)
Basic accounting knowledge is required to prepare and issue progress billings, monitor collections, and ensure accuracy in financial-related documents.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with purchasers, solicitors, bankers, and internal departments.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with property sales systems/CRM is an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a team player.
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
