Prepare budget proposals, manage procurement, and track expenses for store activation projects and other sales initiatives.
Communication Bridge & Liaison:
Serve as the primary communication bridge between Stores and HQ. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., mall management) to ensure operational alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Analysis & Strategy Support:
Conduct market and competitor analysis, evaluate operational processes, and analyze stock data to identify improvement opportunities and support sales strategies.
Operational & Administrative Support:
Develop and issue SOPs, document meeting minutes, prepare progress reports, and assist teams with the implementation of sales support systems.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
Perform other tasks and assignments as required to support the overall objectives of the sales department.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent (written and spoken) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
