Computer literate with good communication, report, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
Prepare report on weekly & monthly basic to the sales and generate balance sheet for stock movement
Monitor and update of inventory levels for sales records in system and track shipments
Handle delivery orders and sales orders
Prepare and send invoice to customers accurately and timely
