Job Description


  • Computer literate with good communication, report, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the sales teams.
  • Prepare report on weekly & monthly basic to the sales and generate balance sheet for stock movement
  • Monitor and update of inventory levels for sales records in system and track shipments
  • Handle delivery orders and sales orders
  • Prepare and send invoice to customers accurately and timely
