Job Responsibilities:
-Attend to the SPA and loan documentation in order to expedite the end-ability financiers to draw down the loan.

-To keep track on the loan documents, billing, and collections, and to communicate with buyers, attorneys, and end-financiers.

-Produce progress billings for buyers or end-financiers after acquiring the Architect Certificate.
-Maintain contact and promptly follow up with buyers, attorneys, and end-financiers to prevent any late payments.

-Ensure timely response to all correspondence from buyers, attorneys, and end-financiers.

-Guarantee prompt and accurate submission of documents into the buyers files.

-Manage daily sales administration and credit control tasks through the delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales, and MOT/strata title issues.

-Generate month report ready for finance.

-Monitor on how the approved ISO procedures are being used, as well as to ensure compliance and timely reporting to the appropriate authorities and other regulatory organizations.

-Any additional obligations that may occasionally be imposed by management or a superior
Requirements
Job Requirements:
-Hold at least a Business Administration or Finance diploma, advanced degree, or any equivalent field.

-English and Mandarin writing and speaking proficiency is required since the candidate will be corresponding with clients abroad, particularly those from China.

-A minimum of two years of equivalent work experience in a related sector

-Proficient in Word and Excel from Microsoft.

-Knowledge of the IFCA system and the Housing Development Act (HDA).

-Good customer relations communication skills.
