Job Responsibilities:

Monitor capturing of Sales into IFCA system upon booking, SPA signing and balance 10% received
Monitor preparation and execution of Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
To handle all Sales Administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects.
Ensure all sales documents are complete and correctly keyed-in to our company property system.
To issue reminders on time for signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement
To liaise and follow up with lawyers and purchasers in regards to execution of the Sale and Purchase Agreement
To check and prepare the Sale and Purchase Agreement and/or any other Agreements/documents for execution by relevant signatories
To prepare sales cancellation (refund), incentive, promotion gift to the buyer.
To attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 queries and work closely with other department to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline
To assist superiors on any tasks assigned as and when required

Job Requirements:

Min. Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years related experience in property marketing
Excellent in communication and presentation skills
Possess good team work spirit
Proficient in both spoken and written Malay, English
Must be able to multitask, work with minimal supervision, actively provide work suggestions to the team and cope in a dynamic working environment
Good in Microsoft Power Point Presentation, Excel, and Word
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
