Job Description


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with Autocount system is an advantage.
  • Able to work at the Puchong, Selangor location.
Responsibilities
  • Preference for candidates with extensive experience in sales administration or related positions.
  • Ability to lead and manage the daily operations of the invoicing and purchasing departments.
  • Communicate with relevant departments to provide support and meet customer needs.
  • Assist the purchasing and Invoicing departments with administrative tasks.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse department on matters related to logistics, inventory, and Stock in/out & Stock balance.
