Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Minimum education level: SPM.
Good at leading and managing, patient, with a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience with Autocount system is an advantage.
Able to work at the Puchong, Selangor location.
Tanggungjawab
Preference for candidates with extensive experience in sales administration or related positions.
Ability to lead and manage the daily operations of the invoicing and purchasing departments.
Communicate with relevant departments to provide support and meet customer needs.
Assist the purchasing and Invoicing departments with administrative tasks.
Support other administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate with the warehouse department on matters related to logistics, inventory, and Stock in/out & Stock balance.
