• Fresh graduate / At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin / clerical works.
• Interior design consulting or interior design sales industry working experience will be an advantage.
• Proficient in computer literacy, typing and Microsoft Office.
• Training for design software such as AI House, KD Max, 3D Illustrator, Coohom, SketchUp, or any other similar software will be provided.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• High level of accuracy and attention to details.
• Working Hours: Thursday - Tuesday, 9:30am - 5:30pm (Including Sat. & Sun. Off on every Wed)
• Showroom Locations: Puchong, Setia Alam & Kota Damansara & Kajang Branch.

Responsibilities

• To prepare 2D & 3D drawings using design software - AiHouse or KD Max.
• To prepare quotation according to design proposal.
• To handle emails / phone calls correspondence.
• To assist / attend walk in customers in showroom.
• To assist / handle on managing showroom operation tasks.
• To maintain proper and organised filing of documentations.
