SALES ADMIN EXECUTIVE Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with purchasers, lawyers and bankers for SPA, loan documentation, approval billing and all other sales related matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to generate progress billing, invoices and reminders to ensure all collection are collected promptly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend and provide guidance to purchasers on end financing requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare weekly and monthly billing and collection reports and forecast collection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend customer complaints, investigate problems, prepare reports and make recommendation to the Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in sales and marketing activities. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma/Degree in Property Management, Business Studies or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language (s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Sales Administration experience in property development company will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and knowledge of Property Developer System software, Wiz Developer will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Based in Penang \xe2\x80\x93 Sg Dua.
