  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 years of experience as sales admin or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to prepare letters and replies for all enquiries
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English in a professional setting
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and able to use Microsoft Office effectively
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Able to commute to Shah Alam for work
  • Able to start IMMEDIATELY would be an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
  • Providing quotation to customers
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Develop monthly sales report and database
  • Assistance customer enquiry
  • Supporting the sales department with administrative task
