Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / \'O\' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / \'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
Have at least 1 year relevant working experience.
Able to speak to Mandarin and English.
Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
Handle sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation, invoices, DO & PO
Provide sales assistance to customer through phone and provide the experience to the customer.
Arrange transportation and ensure products are delivered on time
Prepare purchase order and check price comparison
Manage and keep track of bills payment of company utilities, daily postal & courier service delivery and pick up arrangement.
Maintain filing system for essential correspondence & document, maintain all administrative office record.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
