Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / \'O\' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / \'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Have at least 1 year relevant working experience.
  • Able to speak to Mandarin and English.
  • Computer skills - using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills - being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Handle sales enquiries, prepare sales quotation, invoices, DO & PO
  • Provide sales assistance to customer through phone and provide the experience to the customer.
  • Arrange transportation and ensure products are delivered on time
  • Prepare purchase order and check price comparison
  • Manage and keep track of bills payment of company utilities, daily postal & courier service delivery and pick up arrangement.
  • Maintain filing system for essential correspondence & document, maintain all administrative office record.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
