To carry out other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Handle sales order process, including issuing Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices.
Provide good customer support by handling incoming calls and inquiries.
Project Implementation Arrangement (Training, Installation & etc)
Providing administrative support, including generating sales reports, travelling claim verification, agreement, contract & etc.
Data entry and ensure proper documentation arrangement, record and filling.
Payment Collection - Follow up on outstanding payments.
Handle all Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and related tasks.
Being proactive in addressing client needs and concerns.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft) and familiar with sales tools.
Diploma or Degree in any filed of study. Preferably in business / sales & marketing.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Clear communication with the vendors, sales team and customers.
Quickly addressing and resolving issues that may arise in the sales process.
