The Role :

Sales Admin

  • Support all administration related to Sales activities, administer and prepare the tender documentation
  • Maintain the report documentation and proposals
  • Administer the proposals, sales contracts, etc
  • Responsible for dealing with invoices and monitoring the payment from the Customer
  • Maintain database of customers, partners and contacts. Ensure that all the business contacts are updated on a regular basis into the database accordingly.
General Affairs
  • Manage office facility and assets including routine and non-routine office purchase
  • Maintain all office legal and permit document, deal and liaise with related external party.
  • Work closely with vendor (including building management) and Finance to ensure the invoice and all supporting document is completed, and payment done in timely manner.
  • Assist with general HR tasks such as Employee Engagement program implementation and general administration.
  • Make arrangement of incoming and outcoming documents
  • Supervise and coordinate Office Boy/Messenger.
What we are looking for :
  • Min Diploma degree in any major
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in the same capacity
  • Good English communication oral and written
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team management skills
  • Meticulous, efficient, responsible, and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside stakeholders and vendors
